JB Meijers - " The Beginning and Everything Before" - This new title (2020) contains a variety of styles - befitting this Dutch musical genius known for his roles in such disparate groups like De Dijk, The Common Linnets and appearances with Mercury Rev and Peter Mafay. Meijers was the subject of a 2021 documentary (seen on RTL) that also illustrated the making of this album. One of the few albums that excite from start to finish.
